Policy & Requirements

  • Deposits should be paid at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless I have to cancel the appointment due to an emergency. 

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.​

    • When canceling an appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. 

    • You can reschedule an appointment (1) time, before having to pay another deposit, but your deposit will NOT go towards your appointment.

    • No call-no show will result in being blocked from booking with me in the future.

  • There is a 15 min grace period; appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled thereafter

  • Try to book your appointment 24-48 hours in advance or earlier to ensure that you get the appointment time that is best for you.

    • Same day booking is not available. Next day booking is available when booking online.​

    • Booking with NO DEPOSIT is NOT ALLOWED. If you absolutely cannot pay a deposit for your appointment, your appointment will NOT be held, risking someone else to book it online with a deposit.

    • Appointments booked online with paid deposits will be held and no one will be able to book your appointment time.

    • TO AVOID LOSING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, PLEASE BOOK WITH A DEPOSIT.

      • Forms of payment: Venmo, Chime, Apple pay through messaging.

  • Be sure to book the EXACT service you are getting.

    • For example you should NOT book ‘polish change’ if you are coming for a ‘fill’.​​

  • Once you leave the chair, you are responsible for your nails.

    • You can get a nail or your polish fixed free of charge within 48 hours once you leave the chair. You will have to pay thereafter.

  • PLEASE BE AWARE: Nail art will not be available to book online. Nail art pricing varies from $1-$10 each nail. Please bring extra money.
