Deposits should be paid at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless I have to cancel the appointment due to an emergency. 

Deposit goes toward appointment.

Booking with NO DEPOSIT is NOT ALLOWED. 

TO AVOID LOSING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, PLEASE BOOK WITH A DEPOSIT.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.​​

You can reschedule an appointment (1) time, before having to pay another deposit, but your deposit will NOT go towards your appointment.

No call-no show will result in being blocked from booking with me in the future.

There is a 15 min grace period, appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled thereafter.

Once you leave the chair, you are responsible for your nails.

• You can get a nail fixed or your polish fixed free of charge within 48 hours once you leave the chair. You will have to pay thereafter.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Nail art will not be available to book online. Varies from $1-$10 each nail. Please bring extra money.
